Logistics & Dispatch Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Booking trucks, containers, and vessels for domestic and export shipments
• Coordinating with transporters, freight forwarders, and shipping lines
• Supervising loading of refractory goods and ensuring correct material dispatch
• Handling stamping, challans, gate passes, and dispatch documentation
• Tracking dispatched material and maintaining shipment records
• Coordinating with production and stores teams for timely dispatch
• Ensuring compliance with logistics and safety standards

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in logistics/dispatch in manufacturing industry (refractory/ceramics preferred)
• Knowledge of truck booking, container stuffing, and vessel scheduling
• Basic understanding of export documentation (if applicable)
• Familiar with GST invoices, e-way bills, and stamping procedures
• Good coordination and record-keeping skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
