Logistics, Dispatch & Warehouse Executive

Logistics & Dispatch:

 Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules based on customer orders and production

output. Closely coordinate with Production team for daily dispatches.

 Ensure timely deliveries while optimizing transport cost and load utilization.

 Liaise with transporters, and courier partners for domestic and shipments on a regular

basis for dispatch of materials and resolve related issues for damage/ delay in

consignment/ urgency of delivery/ leakage/ wrong details, etc. and either provide

solution or coordinate with concerned for ensuring the necessary action

 Monitor in-transit shipments and resolve delivery delays or damages (Local).

 Physical verification of raw materials and coordination with Purchase department for

timely delivery.

Warehouse Operations Management:

 Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, intermediates, and finished

goods.

 Ensure FIFO / FEFO (First In First Out / First Expiry First Out) for fragrance bases.

 Supervise daily inward and outward documentation (GRNs, delivery challans, stock

transfer notes).

 Implement IBIN control systems (Labels / SAP entries).

 Ensure proper labelling and segregation of hazardous / flammable materials (per MSDS

guidelines).

 Maintain warehouse hygiene.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
