Logistics Dispatcher / Freight Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch live freight shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams in real time.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delays or service issues.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries while optimizing routes and equipment utilization.
• Maintain accurate records and update transportation management systems.
• Provide outstanding customer service and timely status updates.

Qualifications:

• Previous dispatching, logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Proficiency with dispatch, transportation, or logistics software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
