LOGISTICS DISPATCHER - OILFIELD & PIPELINE SERVICES

Job Summary
Rapid Response Solutions L.L.C. is seeking reliable and organized Logistics Dispatchers to assist with coordinating transportation and field operations for oilfield, pipeline, and logistics services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with drivers, coordinating loads, tracking schedules, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and safely. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multple tasks in a fast - paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily transportation schedules
• Communicate with drivers,clients, and field personnel
• Track loads, deliveries, and job progress
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activity
• Assist with routing and scheduling to ensure timely service
• Resolve scheduling or routing issues as they arise
• Provide updates to management and customers as needed.

Requirements

• Previouse dispatch, logistics, trucking or oilfield experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage schedules efficiently
• Basic computer and phone communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
