Logistics Engineer (Saudi Base)

Recruitment Requirements

Responsibilities:

①Prepare project logistics planning documents, including material transportation routes and on-site traffic management plans；

②Develop the Site Layout Plan, covering temporary facilities layout, storage areas, fabrication zones, and office and accommodation arrangements；

③Formulate material and equipment delivery schedules, laydown yard management plans, and construction access arrangements, with regular updates throughout the project；

④Coordinate with local Saudi logistics service providers, customs, ports, and transport authorities to handle customs clearance, import/export documentation, transportation permits, and resolve any issues arising during logistics operations；

⑤Collaborate with Procurement, Construction, HSE, and Equipment Management teams to ensure logistics systems align with the overall construction organization；

⑥Participate in the tender preparation stage by conducting logistics cost estimation and providing accurate logistics cost analysis and proposal recommendations.

Requirements:

①Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Logistics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields；

②Over 6 years of experience in construction-site logistics planning, site layout development, or large-scale project construction management；

③Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Visio, or similar software for preparing logistics and site layout drawings；

④Familiar with Saudi local traffic regulations, material transportation procedures, and basic port logistics requirements；

⑤Language requirement: Fluent in English (can be used as a working language); Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼25,000.00 per month
