Logistics Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive logistics professional to manage the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics and supply chain operations. The role involves overseeing inbound and outbound shipments, inventory management, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Maintain and update shipment schedules, tracking systems, and documentation (invoices, customs, compliance paperwork).
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse staff for stock accuracy.
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare periodic reports on logistics performance and KPIs.
• Handle escalations related to delayed shipments, damaged goods, or discrepancies.
