Role Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Indotexnology Pvt Ltd with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership and process management skills to streamline workflows across production, service, logistics, and client support, ensuring smooth functioning aligned with business objectives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Operational Planning & Execution

  • Manage and optimize end-to-end operations including production, supply chain, service delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor daily operations, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolution.

2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams (production, service engineers, logistics, quality, and admin).
  • Assign targets, track performance, and ensure accountability across departments.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.

3. Process & Quality Improvement

  • Implement best practices in manufacturing and service operations.
  • Drive lean practices to reduce waste, minimize downtime, and improve resource utilization.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with industry norms.

4. Customer & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Address escalations, resolve operational issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Manage vendor relationships for raw materials, machinery, and outsourced services.

5. Strategic & Financial Management

  • Support management in business planning and operational strategy execution.
  • Prepare periodic MIS reports, cost analysis, and efficiency metrics for review.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure cost optimization across operations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations, Mechanical/Textile Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in textile, machinery, or engineering services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of production workflows, service management, and supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office; knowledge of Lean/Kaizen will be an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,122.82 - ₹45,572.92 per month
