Logistics Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to manage the distribution of books across schools, distributors, and retail partners. The role involves handling dispatch, transportation, inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of books while maintaining accuracy in records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute dispatch of books to schools, bookstores, distributors, and other clients.
• Manage stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse.
• Prepare logistics-related documents (invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, stock registers).
• Coordinate with courier agencies, transporters, and warehouse staff for smooth operations.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery while handling exceptions and delays.
• Work closely with the sales and accounts team to align dispatches as per order schedules.
• Maintain MIS reports on daily dispatch, pending deliveries, and stock status.
• Ensure books are packed safely and delivered without damage.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Logistics/Supply Chain/Commerce).
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in publishing, FMCG, or retail distribution.
• Strong knowledge of stock management and dispatch operations.
• Proficiency in MS office for data entry and reporting.
• Good communication and vendor management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple orders and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
