Job Title: OMS Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for an OMS (Order Management System) Executive to handle order processing, coordination with internal teams, and ensure timely order fulfillment. The candidate should have strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer orders in the OMS.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in order management or operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/OMS software.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
