About the Role

We’re launching PW Disha Mentorship — a 1:1 guidance platform for NEET & JEE aspirants — and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day processes and ensure smooth execution across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all activities are aligned with demand.
• Conduct daily audits of calls and processes to maintain smooth execution and adherence to guidelines.
• Monitor daily demand and plan resources/supply accordingly.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for high-demand hours.
• Maintain a rating of 4.8+ for overall sessions on a monthly basis.
• Track operational metrics and use insights to improve efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate between mentors, students, and support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Identify gaps in processes and implement improvements for consistent service delivery.

You Should Have

• 5+ years of experience in the EdTech domain, preferably in an operations role.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and data analytics.
• Experience in operations within expert services is a plus.
