Logistics Executive

Key Skills Required

• E-Way Bill Generation & Management
• Knowledge of GST portal and E-Way bill procedures
• Accuracy in data entry for invoices, vehicle details, and consignor/consignee info
• Documentation & Billing
• Preparation of LR, invoices, delivery challans, POD updates
• Maintaining proper filing (digital and physical) of logistics documents
• Basic Computer Skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Email handling
• Experience with Tally / logistics software (added advantage)
• Communication Skills
• Basic English and Tamil (or Malayalam) communication
• Ability to handle phone calls and customer queries politely
• Time Management & Teamwork
• Able to manage multiple dispatches and meet timelines
• Support senior executives in day-to-day logistics operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
