Job Title: Logistics Executive
Location: Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate daily logistics and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth movement of goods, timely deliveries, proper documentation, and coordination between departments, suppliers, and transporters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with transporters for dispatch and delivery schedules.
• Manage incoming and outgoing material documentation (GRN, challans, invoices, etc.).
• Maintain inventory records and update stock movement regularly.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and dispatch of materials.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery or logistics-related issues.
• Coordinate with the purchase, production, and accounts teams for timely dispatch and billing.
• Ensure compliance with company logistics policies and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to dispatch, stock, and transportation costs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce).
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic entry.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
