Logistics Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Operations to join our team. The role involves managing end-to-end order execution, logistics, and customer support to ensure smooth deliveries and a great customer experience.

What you’ll do

• Plan & manage logistics and dispatches
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters & clients to ensure timely deliveries
• Handle shipment documentation (e-Way Bills, etc.)
• Manage returns, replacements & customer escalations
• Track performance on cost, productivity, accuracy & timeliness

What we’re looking for

• Graduate in any stream
• 1–3 years’ experience in logistics/operations (shipment planning, coordination with logistics companies, dispatches)
• Strong problem-solving & organizational skills
• Proficiency in logistics/ERP software
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
