Logistics Executive

Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to support and optimize our daily operational workflow in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who can manage logistics activities efficiently, ensure smooth document flow, and coordinate movements that support our administrative and client service functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination of document movement and office supplies.
• Monitor and track shipments, deliveries, and pickups, ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external agencies for document submissions and collections.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, dispatch activities, and delivery schedules.
• Support procurement tasks by managing stock levels and organizing replenishments when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all logistics activities.
• Assist in vendor management by communicating requirements, timelines, and follow-ups.
• Identify and resolve logistical issues to avoid delays and disruptions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to logistics, inventory, and movement.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality, especially when handling financial or legal documents.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in logistics, office coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic logistics software tools.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to take initiative.
