Job Title: Logistics Executive – Customer Support

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of mattresses to customers. This role involves regular communication with customers and delivery partners to track orders, resolve delivery-related issues, and ensure a smooth end-to-end delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers and delivery partners to facilitate timely deliveries.
  • Monitor shipment status and address delays or issues proactively.
  • Provide clear and prompt updates to customers regarding their orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and logistics activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic understanding of logistics operations is an advantage.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
