Logistics Executive

urgent requirement for Logistics Executive at Taloja MIDC for our client.

Experience -Relevant Minimum 3 years.

• Manage all Operations
• Knowledge in freight forwarding area
• Maintain operations within budget.
• Ensure zero lost shipments and shrinkage.
• Collaborate with support teams for effective recovery processes.
• Able to handle CHA/transporter in documentation /daily management
• Knowledge in import /Export field
• To inform end users about the status and delivery of shipments
• Handling Vendors
• Must have handled imports
• Maintain compliance with KPIs and quality standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and promptly handle escalations.
• Knowledge in Negotiation skills and Communication skills
• Implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Compilation of Monthly/Quarterly and Annual reports
• Oversee headcount management and reporting.
• Experience in excel and maintaining data in excel
• Reasoning skills
• Ensure compliance with commercial and statutory regulations.
• Manage team training and development.
• Focus on continuous improvement and error reduction in operations.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards for facilities and personnel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,903.61 - ₹35,628.82 per month

Experience:

• Logistics: 3 years (Preferred)
• Document management: 3 years (Preferred)

Location:

• Taloja, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred)
