Logistics Executive

Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who excels in managing supply chain operations, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the logistics and supply chain operations.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods to clients and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and track shipments, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance, inventory status, and delivery metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and relevant laws.
• Assist in optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support administrative tasks related to procurement, stock management, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or related roles preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
