Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate our China backend operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in logistics operations, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work efficiently in the China time zone. Experience in a GCC-backed backend office will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations related to China backend activities, including order processing, shipment coordination, and documentation.
- Coordinate with China-based suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor shipment schedules, track cargo movement, and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Prepare, review, and maintain logistics documents such as invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, customs-related documents, and internal reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for China backend communication, following China business hours.
- Handle operational issues, delays, or discrepancies and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/logistics systems and ensure data integrity.
- Support cost control initiatives by optimizing logistics processes and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, trade regulations, and internal controls.
- Provide daily/weekly operational updates to management.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics/operations (import/export, supply chain, or backend operations).
- Experience working in a GCC-backed backend office or handling GCC-region clients is highly preferred.
- Prior exposure to China trade operations or working with China-based vendors/suppliers is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with international shipping terms (Incoterms), freight modes (air/sea/road), and customs processes.
- Experience using ERP systems, logistics software, or advanced Excel reporting.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong coordination and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Time management skills with the flexibility to work China time zone hours.
- Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, and documentation handling.
- Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory.
Work Schedule
- Must be comfortable working aligned with China time zone (CST).
- Flexibility to adjust working hours based on operational requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
