About this position

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Logistics Executive to join a growing team and play an integral role in the successful execution of our logistics operations. This role requires someone with excellent organizational skills, problem solving abilities, and the ability to think creatively. The Logistics Executive will be responsible for overseeing our entire supply chain from the point of acquisition to delivery, as well as managing our inventory and warehousing. In this position, you will lead a team of professionals to ensure timely and accurate product delivery, while also developing and executing strategies to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities

1Job Description # Generating Export document (Invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading. # Preparation & planning of dispatch schedule. # Coordination with plant of dispatch schedule. # Inspection working.  Coordinate with inspector and plant.  Arranging reports.  Bills. # Generation & Checking of Shipping Bill & Bill of Lading. # Generation of Certificate of Origin (Online/Manual) # Coordination with CHA for  Bills  Supporting documents related to bills (Receipts ,EGMs etc). # Coordination with FF for  Bill of Lading  Bills.  Supporting documents related to bills. # Maintaining & monitoring the Daily Sales Reports. # keeping the track records of VGM subscription & REX. # Maintaining PDA details # Post shipment documentation.  Arranging and sending customer set of documents  Arranging and submitting GR documents to bank  Arranging and submitting LC documents to bank  Collection of BRC # Export file concluding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a logistics executive or similar position
• Knowledge of logistical procedures and best practices
• Understanding of supply chain processes
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
