Logistics Executive

Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our operations team in Dubai. This role plays a vital part in coordinating logistics activities, ensuring timely movement of goods, and maintaining smooth communication between clients, drivers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities.
• Plan and schedule shipments, deliveries, and pickups efficiently.
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation such as delivery notes and reports.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any delays or issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and logistics costs.
• Support the logistics manager in improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic logistics software.
