AIR FREIGHT SALES AND OPERATIONS

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Coordinate day-to-day air freight operations, including import and export processes

-Develop and execute air freight sales strategies to meet business goals.

- Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently

-Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines and air cargo service providers.

-Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and capacity availability to maintain a competitive edge.

- Prepare quotations and pricing for air freight services

*Qualifications

-Ability to work independently .

- Strong communication and customer service skills

-Proven experience in air freight sales or a similar role

- Minimum of 5 plus years of experience in the UAE in air freight, import, and export operations

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask

- Knowledge of customs regulations, international trade practices, and freight operations

- Proficiency in Calogi Portal is a plus.

-Strong negotiation skills with airlines and cargo agents

- Experience in preparing quotations and pricing for freight services

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
