Al Ain Mills is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
The role involves managing daily fleet and transportation activities to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily fleet and transportation operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
* Monitor vehicle utilization and coordinate effective route planning to optimize costs.
* Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, permits, and documentation; ensure timely registration and compliance with fleet policies.
* Coordinate closely with drivers, warehouse, production teams, and external logistics partners.
* Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and delivery documents.
* Ensure all logistics operations comply with Food Safety, HSE, and company fleet policies.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet and transportation performance reports.
* Track & report on fleet performance, operational activities, and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements:-
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or fleet coordination.
* Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
* Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, registration, and compliance requirements.
* Proficiency in Urdu, Hindi, and English is a must.
