A Logistics Executive is a pivotal role within a company, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of supply chain processes. This position requires a visionary individual who can see the big picture of logistical operations while also managing the nitty-gritty details that ensure timely delivery of products and services. The Logistics Executive will strategize, monitor, and analyze the company's logistics operations to achieve goals while maximizing efficiency. The role involves coordinating with various departments, partners, and stakeholders to deliver optimal results and improve logistics operations. We are seeking a professional with a strategic mindset, excellent problem solving abilities, and a knack for optimizing complex supply chains.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the overall logistics functions of the company effectively.
  • Develop and implement logistics policies and procedures to enhance performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle system efficiently.
  • Meet quality and delivery expectations while managing external service providers.
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints regarding logistics operations.
  • Analyze data to assess performance and make improvements to logistics processes.
  • Ensure efficient and cost effective logistics operations through continuous evaluation.
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess efficiency and performance.
  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as a Logistics Executive or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in logistics management tools.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under tight schedules.
  • Experience with logistics software (ERP) and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Strong drive for results with a track record of successful project management.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
