Logistics Executive (Experienced)

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate daily logistics operations, ensure timely delivery of goods, and maintain smooth supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations
• Coordinate with Shipping line, transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams
• Plan and monitor dispatch schedules and deliveries
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain logistics documents such as Invoices, LR, POD, GRN
• Monitor inventory movement and stock levels
• Handle customer and vendor queries related to logistics
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Prepare daily and monthly logistics reports

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Strong knowledge of transportation and warehouse management
• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: As per experience
