Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Executive – PAN India & International Import and Export to manage end-to-end domestic and global logistics operations. The role involves handling international import and export shipments across multiple countries, coordinating PAN-India movement of goods, ensuring full compliance with trade and customs regulations, and optimizing logistics costs while ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end international import and export operations (air & sea) for multiple countries
• Coordinate PAN-India logistics operations for inbound and outbound shipments via road, rail, and air
• Prepare, review, and manage import/export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, COO, LC, Shipping Bill, and customs documentation
• Coordinate with customs brokers, CHAs, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and overseas agents
• Ensure compliance with Indian customs laws, DGFT regulations, GST, HS codes, Incoterms, and international trade regulations
• Track shipments from origin to final destination and resolve customs, transit, or documentation-related issues
• Handle customs clearance activities and ensure timely release of cargo
• Negotiate freight rates, transportation contracts, demurrage, and detention charges with logistics service providers
• Manage import duty calculations, export incentives, IGST refunds, and compliance reporting
• Coordinate with procurement, production, finance, and sales teams for shipment planning and cost control
• Maintain accurate records of shipment status, landed costs, logistics expenses, and vendor performance
• Monitor logistics KPIs and implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in PAN-India logistics and international import/export operations
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, HS classification, Incoterms, GST, and trade compliance
• Hands-on experience with air and sea freight operations
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems (SAP preferred)
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple domestic and international shipments under tight timelines

Experience:

• 5–9 years of experience in logistics with Pan-India and international exposure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or trading companies
• Knowledge of export incentives, duty drawback, IGST refunds, and statutory compliance
