We’re Hiring: Logistics Executive / Supply Chain Executive

Incotec Industries is looking for a Logistics Executive / Supply Chain Executive to join our Karachi team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in logistics coordination and import/export documentation, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, GDs, and related compliance documents.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, clearing agents, shipping lines, and transporters.

Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.

Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.

Maintain accurate logistics and shipment records.

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, finance, and sales teams for smooth supply chain operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and trade laws.

Support cost optimization initiatives in logistics and transportation.

Prepare logistics reports and updates for management.

Requirements:

2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA / MBA preferred).

Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
