Job Title: Logistics Executive / Logistics Coordinator
Industry: Export–Import / International Trade / Logistics
Experience: 5- 7Years (EXIM background preferred)
Location: Site 4 , Greater Noida
Salary: 25000-35000 (in hand)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations for import and export shipments.
• Handle booking with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents including Invoice, Packing List, BL / AWB, COO, and insurance documents.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery while minimizing delays and costs.
• Liaise with customs brokers, CHA, shipping lines, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with export–import regulations, customs rules, and DGFT guidelines.
• Manage container movement, stuffing, de-stuffing, and transportation schedules.
• Monitor freight costs, negotiate rates, and ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.
• Handle export/import documentation discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, MIS reports, and shipment status updates.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of EXIM procedures and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with Incoterms, HS codes, customs clearance, and shipping documentation.
• Experience coordinating with CHAs, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP / logistics software.
