As Logistics Export Specialist, you manage the daily operation of all plant logistic warehouse activities like export procedure, follow up from order management till delivery.

Key Activities

Coordinate warehouse activities for raw materials and finished products.
Finished products logistics from plant warehouse to external warehouse (both physical and system management).
Warehouse movements accountability.
Warehouse daily loadings monitoring and export shipments planning from plant warehouse and external warehouse.
Daily acquisition and monitoring of export orders, both intercompany and direct customers in coordination with central team and external suppliers.
Document preparation for export shipment together with forwarder.
Best loading capacity definition for each shipment, monitoring and root causes inefficiency identification.
Export shipments planning from plant warehouse and from external warehouse.
Carriers’ performances monitoring.
Guarantee carrier’s transport tariff applied based on Procurement awarding.
Support for Customs clearance operations export finished products.
Monthly costs closures support.
Measure and compare Level of Service and Economics to target levels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
A solid 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in supply chain, logistics, or operations roles.
Understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
Good understanding of the principles of logistics, demand forecasting, inventory management, and procurement processes.
Experience with principles of logistics (transportation, warehousing and distribution).
Familiarity with SAP.
Ability to analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve supply chain disruptions.
Excellent verbal and written communication for coordinating stakeholders.
Attention to detail, time management, adaptability, team collaboration, customer-focused mindset.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
