General Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, (Master’s degree is a plus)

Minimum 12+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role,

Strong expertise in omnichannel retail logistics operations, (B2B, B2C, e-commerce, store distribution)

Proven experience in warehouse capacity planning, network design, and high-volume operations management,

Demonstrated success in automation, WMS systems, and digital transformation initiatives,

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional alignment skills,

Excellent analytical thinking with a data-driven decision-making approach,

Job Description:
End-to-End Logistics & Network Orchestration

Lead and oversee all logistics operations across B2B and B2C channels, ensuring seamless execution across warehouses, stores, and digital channels,

Manage the distribution center and logistics flows as an integrated system across all channels, ensuring optimal flow of goods across all touchpoints,

Develop and execute scalable logistics strategies to support multi-brand, multi-channel growth,
-
Lead and manage logistics operations through dedicated teams covering logistics operations, logistics planning, and process development,
Capacity Planning & Demand Translation

Own warehouse capacity planning (short, mid, long-term) in alignment with brand-driven commercial plans,

Translate demand plans from brands into operational requirements including storage, labor, and throughput,

Ensure distribution center is optimally utilized while maintaining flexibility for peak periods,

Develop scenarios and contingency plans to handle demand volatility,
Inbound Flow & Supplier Coordination

Establish and manage inbound flow governance across brands and suppliers,

Coordinate shipment planning to ensure balanced and controlled warehouse intake,

Prevent bottlenecks by aligning inbound volumes with warehouse capacity constraints,

Optimize dock scheduling, unloading operations, and product acceptance processes,
Fulfillment Excellence & Operational Performance

Oversee shipping, receiving, product acceptance, addressing, picking, packing, and return operations,

Define and monitor KPIs, (throughput, SLA, accuracy, lead time, cost efficiency)

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and operational efficiency,

Ensure optimal utilization of a centralized, high-volume distribution center supporting all channels,
Automation & Digital Transformation

Own end-to-end performance and reliability of automated warehouse systems, (including Dematic solutions)

Ensure high system availability, performance, and scalability of automation infrastructure,

Drive integration between WMS, automation systems, and upstream/downstream processes,

Leverage data and technology to improve forecasting accuracy, visibility, and decision-making,

Build scalable infrastructure to support rapid growth and peak demand periods,
Cross-Functional Coordination

Act as the central coordination point between brand planning & buying teams and logistics execution,

Collaborate with IT, Retail, E-commerce, and Finance teams to ensure end-to-end efficiency,

Align logistics capabilities with commercial strategies and campaign calendars,
Cost & Performance Management

Lead cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high service levels,

Manage logistics budgets, resource allocation, and productivity targets,

Optimize labor planning, space utilization, and transportation efficiency,
Partner & Risk Management

Manage logistics partners and vendors,

Ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, and operational standards,
