LOGISTICS & INVENTORY EXECUTIVE (Male)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Executive to support and manage the end-to-end Supply Chain & Logistics processes, including procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, and distribution. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring timely availability of materials, cost control, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, purchase order creation, and vendor follow-up.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of goods ordered and received.
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
• Support logistics and distribution planning to ensure smooth material flow across branches or locations.
• Track shipments, handle documentation, and coordinate with transport partners.
• Prepare and analyze Supply Chain & Logistics reports and present findings to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Assist in process improvements to optimize Supply Chain & Logistics operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 2–3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain & Logistics or procurement preferred.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and inventory software.

5. Good communication and negotiation skills.

6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
