Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Logistics & Inventory Manager responsible for end-to-end inventory control, order processing, and dispatch operations. The role requires strong experience in Amazon FBA operations, ensuring timely picking, packing, and dispatch with zero damage and strict TAT adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end inventory handling and stock maintenance
• Oversee order processing and order management across platforms
• Ensure timely picking & packing and dispatch as per defined TAT
• Ensure zero-damage dispatch and quality compliance
• Handle end-to-end dispatch operations, including coordination with logistics partners
• Manage and monitor Amazon FBA operations (mandatory experience)
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP and related systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth supply chain operations
• Ensure Quality Assurance Checks across inventory, packing, and dispatch processes to maintain accuracy and zero-damage deliveries.
• Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager

Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate from recognised University .
• E-Commerce & Warehouse Experience is mandatroy.
• Prior hands-on experience with Amazon FBA Required.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and dispatch operations.
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Strong operational and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and process-driven approach
• Ability to manage high-volume orders efficiently
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Preferred -Experience with Unicommerce, working knowledge of ERP systems, and familiarity with Shiprocket and other logistics aggregators.
