What You’ll Do
Be the go‑to person for daily logistics success:
- Load and unload shipments with accuracy and care
- Organize and maintain the yard, staging areas, and logistics tools
- Plan, schedule, and prioritize work to hit production deadlines
- Lead and support employees—coordinating daily tasks and helping evaluate performance
- Improve logistics processes to boost efficiency, quality, and resource utilization
- Optimize materials, equipment, and labor usage
- Support hiring, training, coaching, and recognition of team members
- Maintain accurate records (timecards, logs, inventory systems)
- Review reports to identify issues, reduce costs, and prevent delays
- Enforce housekeeping and inventory standards
- Partner with Safety to ensure compliance with OSHA and all regulations
What You Bring:
Education & Credentials
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Industry‑related certifications a plus
Experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience in logistics, yard operations, or inventory coordination (preferred)
- 4+ years of related hands‑on experience strongly preferred
- Experience with hand tools, small power tools, and similar equipment
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered

Physical & Work Environment
- Active shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, fumes, and machinery
- Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling (up to 90 lbs.)
- Standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and balancing required
- Overtime may be needed depending on project deadlines
