Senior Logistics responsible for leading end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring efficient customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and effective warehouse management.
Oversees invoices collection, supplier payments, and cross-functional alignment while driving operational efficiency, team performance, and adherence to HSE standards.

Manage all custom clearance locally and internationally. Ensure all paper work are in comply with international Trade laws, Egypt custom clearance authority and any other requirements.

Consistently checking and locating lowest cost shipping options. And keeping solid relations with AIG shipping partners and CC agents worldwide.

Ensure best delivery time based on selecting most efficient shipping method as per AIG policy and customer requirements.

Expand company logistics network and solutions

Manage all activities related to NTRA and similar GOVT entities locally and internationally

Locate and provide local and international warehouse to ensure protection of AIG sources and supply chain network.

Manage all communications with suppliers and customers logistics & finance organization to ensure smooth custom clearance and payment of AIG invoices as per contacts terms and conditions.
- Manage company local and international inventory. This includes MIN / MAX limits, products shelf life, and stock replenishment with AIG finance and account managers as required.

Monitor and control shipping DOX and invoices delivery to customers in timely manner. Manages invoices collection on time.

Report customers aging report related issues.

Provide sales organization with all information – prior to offering stage – about customers payment behavior

Manage vendors invoices aging report and make sure AIG SOA with all vendors are ZERO balance with no overdue unless otherwise reported by AIG sales organization

Local and international warehouse meeting HSE and company policy

Responsible for Update of AIG registration at all customers and make sure customers data base have AIG correct contact details.

Manage and lead logistics & invoices collection team daily tasks. Issue all necessary reports to sales and finance organization

Bachelor degree in relevant field.

Proven experience MIN. 5 years in relevant field.

Certification Supply Chain, MBA, Others is a plus

Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Proficiency in English written and spoken.

Ability to conduct power point presentations in both Arabic and English languages

Strong understanding of customs processes, governmental regulations, and HSE policies.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Proficiency in inventory management systems and logistics software.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Experience working in a shipping company is a strong plus.

Proven experience in supply chain roles is highly preferred.

Experience working with courier service companies is an added advantage.
