Logistics Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and streamline our logistics operations, manage 3PL partnerships, and ensure cost-efficient and timely delivery. The role requires strong expertise in logistics data management, reconciliations, and handling refunds/claims while maintaining excellent vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Build and manage partnerships with 3PL providers and logistics companies.
• Oversee logistics reconciliations (COD settlements, freight charges, delivery discrepancies).
• Track, process, and manage refunds, returns, and claims with logistics partners.
• Monitor shipment data, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing with logistics vendors.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams for dispatch planning.
• Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, cost, and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Skills

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of 3PL management & logistics partnerships.
• Hands-on experience with reconciliations, refunds, and COD settlements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Negotiation and vendor management expertise.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / logistics management software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Profile

• Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics & 3PL management.
• Experience in e-commerce or retail logistics is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
