Logistics Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager with a strong background in transport operations to oversee the end-to-end logistics, fleet management, and supply chain processes. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring the transportation and distribution of goods to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage transportation, logistics, and distribution operations.
• Supervise fleet management, routing, and scheduling for timely deliveries.
• Negotiate with vendors, transporters, and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor and control logistics costs while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of shipments, vehicles, and logistics records.
• Implement process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Lead and train the logistics team for effective performance.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics/transport management.
• Strong understanding of transport operations, fleet handling, and route planning.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, or logistics management software.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
