Logistics Manager

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose:
Oversee all supply chain operations to ensure smooth flow of materials and services from suppliers to customers, while optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with standards and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage procurement, storage, transportation, and distribution to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Monitor supply chain performance and analyze data to improve efficiency.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and contracts to secure the best prices, quality, and services.
  • Work closely with sales, production, and planning teams to meet customer needs.
  • Manage inventory to balance supply and demand and minimize waste.
  • Supervise and develop the supply chain team’s skills and capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards across all operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics, with proven leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain management software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions.
