Logistics Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Manager with hands-on experience in working with 3PL partners or logistics companies.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth dispatch operations, accurate reconciliations, and efficient returns management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations and partner coordination.
• Handle COD, freight, and return reconciliations accurately.
• Oversee refunds, returns, and claims with logistics partners.
• Track and analyze shipment data & delivery performance.
• Prepare reports on logistics KPIs and cost performance.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of logistics/supply chain experience.
• Strong background in 3PL coordination and reconciliation processes.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
