Role Overview

We’re looking for a smart, detail-obsessed Logistics Executive who can keep our supply chain smooth, our delivery timelines sharp, and our customer experience dreamy. You’ll manage end-to-end logistics, ensure seamless coordination with transporters, and keep performance metrics healthy and happy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete logistics cycle—dispatch, tracking, delivery, RTO management, and reverse pickups.
• Coordinate with transporters and internal teams to ensure customers get their mattresses right on time.
• Monitor daily shipping performance, highlight delays, and drive solutions.
• Keep documentation neat, accurate, and audit-ready.
• Track and improve logistics KPIs (listed below).
• Be the first line of defense for logistics hiccups—identify, resolve, and prevent them.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. RTO (Return to Origin)

Keep RTO under 2% of total outward sales. Because mattresses should be going to customers, not returning for a vacation.

2. Delivery SLA

Ensure less than 5% of shipments exceed the Promised Delivery Date (PDD). Delays are for alarm clocks—not our deliveries.

3. RVP (Reverse Pickup)

Execute 90% of Reverse Pickups within 48 hours of approval from the returns team. Quick returns make for happier customer turns.

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations (E-commerce experience is a bonus).
• Strong coordination skills with transporters and internal teams.
• Good command of Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Sharp attention to detail and an ownership-driven mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
