We are currently looking to hire a Logistics Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary

We seek a detail-oriented Logistics Manager to optimize the flow of materials, equipment, and resources across projects or properties. You’ll ensure timely, cost-effective logistics support from procurement to delivery, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Coordination: Manage end-to-end logistics for materials, equipment, and vendor services (e.g., transport, warehousing, site delivery).
• Vendor & Cost Management: Negotiate contracts with suppliers/carriers, track KPIs, and reduce costs while ensuring quality.
• Inventory & Resource Planning: Oversee inventory accuracy, storage solutions, and just-in-time delivery to project sites or properties.
• Technology & Reporting: Utilize ERP/WMS systems to track shipments, generate cost reports, and improve logistics workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with project managers, site supervisors, procurement, and finance teams to align logistics with operational goals.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in logistics/supply chain management, with direct experience in construction, real estate development, or property operations.
• Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MS Office, and data analysis.
