Internal Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with sales, finance, and product teams to align logistics with customer orders and project timelines.
  • Provide timely updates on shipment status, delivery risks, and logistics constraints.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and fulfillment.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track logistics KPIs (delivery lead time, shipping cost, on-time delivery rate, etc.).
  • Prepare regular reports for management with insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Identify process gaps and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution operations, preferably in IT/technology or similar industries.
  • Experience working with regional or international logistics (APAC markets preferred).
