About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Operations Manager to manage day-to-day market vehicle operations, logistics coordination, vendor handling, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong ground-level market exposure and the ability to handle multiple operational tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily operations related to market vehicles and field activities
• Plan vehicle routes, schedules, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, documentation, and compliance
• Handle operational issues, breakdowns, and on-ground problem-solving
• Ensure cost control and optimize operational efficiency
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety standards
• Coordinate with accounts/admin team for bills, expenses, and reconciliations
• Train and manage operational staff and drivers

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or market vehicle management
• Strong understanding of Mumbai market routes and operations
• Experience in handling drivers, vendors, and ground staff
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting, WhatsApp coordination)
• Valid driving license preferred (not mandatory)

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in FMCG, logistics, supply chain, or market operations
• Hands-on and field-oriented approach
• Strong problem-solving mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
