Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities1. Logistics Planning & Coordination

• Plan, manage, and monitor all inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods to customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams.

2. Transportation & Fleet Management

• Identify and manage transportation partners.
• Negotiate freight rates and optimize transportation costs.
• Ensure proper documentation (LR, e-way bills, invoices, etc.).
• Track shipments end-to-end.

3. Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Oversee warehouse operations and stock movement.
• Maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper storage, packing, and handling of materials.
• Conduct periodic stock audits.

4. Vendor & Customer Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of raw materials/finished goods.
• Resolve logistics-related queries from internal teams and customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with transporters and service providers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Logistics Executive/Manager.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,886.95 - ₹30,000.00 per month
