Logistics Manager

XAD Technologies is hiring a Logistics Manager – Telecom to manage end-to-end logistics operations for telecom rollout and maintenance projects across the UAE. The role requires strong coordination, planning, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of telecom materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end logistics for telecom equipment (fiber, antennas, routers, MW links, power units)
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, transporters, and project teams
• Plan and track material movement for installation, rollout, and maintenance projects
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, stock records, and documentation
• Monitor shipments, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery
• Handle returns, damaged materials, and replacement processes
• Optimize logistics cost, routes, and delivery timelines
• Ensure compliance with telecom standards, safety regulations, and company policies

Requirements & Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in telecom logistics / rollout projects
• Strong knowledge of FTTH, wireless equipment, and passive & active telecom materials
• Experience in warehouse operations, supply chain planning, and ERP systems
• Strong vendor management, coordination, and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive project deadlines

Salary: AED 6,000 per month
