Logistics Manager

Company: Topline Lamination Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and control end-to-end logistics operations (dispatch, transportation, delivery)
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for timely material movement
• Ensure proper documentation: LR, E-way Bill, Invoice, GRN, POD
• Monitor freight cost, vehicle utilization, and delivery timelines
• Handle inbound & outbound logistics for raw material and finished goods
• Resolve dispatch delays, shortages, and transit issues
• Maintain logistics MIS and reports for management
• Ensure compliance with GST, E-way Bill, and company policies

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and dispatch planning
• Experience with transporter coordination and rate negotiation
• Good command over documentation and compliance
• Basic knowledge of Excel & MIS reporting

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate / MBA / Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred
• 5–10 years experience in logistics (manufacturing industry mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
