Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities1. Dispatch & Delivery TAT Management

• Own Dispatch-to-Delivery TAT across all shipping partners
• Monitor daily dispatch performance and identify delays or bottlenecks
• Drive continuous improvements to meet and exceed defined SLA targets
• Coordinate with warehouse, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveries

2. Pickup Coordination & Execution

• Manage daily pickup planning with logistics partners
• Ensure pickup adherence as per cut-off times and capacity commitments
• Proactively resolve pickup failures, reschedules, and exceptions

3. Cost Optimization

• Track and analyze logistics cost per shipment
• Work on rate optimization, zoning efficiency, and partner allocation
• Support commercial discussions and negotiations with logistics partners

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards for:
• Dispatch TAT
• Delivery TAT
• RTO %
• Cost per shipment
• Partner-wise performance
• Perform root cause analysis for delays, escalations, and RTOs

5. Escalation Management

• Handle customer, partner, and internal escalations related to delays, damages, and non-deliveries
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure closure within defined timelines
• Ensure proper documentation and closure for claims, damages, and exceptions

6. RTO Reduction

• Analyze RTO trends by pincode and courier partner
• Implement process-level and system-level interventions to reduce RTO percentage

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of D2C / e-commerce logistics operations
• Hands-on experience managing multiple courier partners
• Excellent analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets, dashboards)
• Strong stakeholder and escalation management skills
• Data-driven problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment

Preferred Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
• Prior experience in D2C, e-commerce, or omni-channel logistics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
