Required Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or transportation coordination
  • Exposure to domestic and/or international shipping workflows

  • Strong attention to detail and accountability in fast‑moving environments
  • Clear, professional communication skills with internal teams and external partners
  • Exposure to logistics of FDA-regulated products
  • Experience working with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL)
  • Experience in a growth‑stage or operationally complex environment
  • Ability to work onsite in Park City, Utah Monday through Friday and some weekends

Bonus Points

  • Experience coordinating trade show or sales rep demo shipments
  • Extensive knowledge of FDA compliance or regulated shipping environments
  • Passion for the aesthetics industry and/or tech-forward medical devices
  • Previous experience serving as a lead or point of contact within a logistics function

  • 401(k)
  • Healthcare & dependent care FSA
  • Paid time off, holidays, and wellness initiatives

About Powered by MRP

We Don’t Sell. We Solve.

Powered by MRP is transforming B2B medical aesthetics by removing friction and uncertainty from how providers source, manage, and service medical aesthetic equipment. As a brand‑agnostic, end‑to‑end marketplace, we support clinicians through buying, selling, trading, financing, servicing, and training—delivering transparency, real availability, and lower total cost of ownership.

Logistics is a critical part of that promise. Every shipment plays a role in protecting trust, reducing downtime, and ensuring providers receive the right equipment, on time, and fully compliant.

Our Park City headquarters sits just minutes from world‑class skiing, trails, and mountains—but the real draw is the team. After nearly a decade of bootstrapped growth and a recent round of expansion funding, MRP is scaling fast—while remaining founder‑led, performance‑driven, and customer‑focused.
