Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize logistics, transportation, and materials delivery operations across multiple construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures efficient inbound and outbound flow of materials to support project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations for construction materials and equipment
• Plan and coordinate inbound deliveries to project sites
• Oversee transportation, freight, and delivery scheduling
• Ensure timely clearance, receipt, and distribution of materials
• Coordinate with procurement, site teams, and warehouse operations
• Monitor inventory levels and warehouse movement efficiency
• Manage logistics service providers and freight forwarders
• Ensure compliance with customs, import regulations, and ZATCA requirements
• Track and improve delivery performance (OTIF – On Time In Full)
• Resolve logistics delays, damages, and supply chain disruptions
• Optimize logistics costs and transportation efficiency
• Prepare regular logistics performance and KPI reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• 6–8 years’ experience in logistics / supply chain operations
• Experience in construction or heavy industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and freight operations
• Familiarity with Saudi import / customs processes is a plus
• ERP system experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / similar)
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
