Logistics Manager

Job Title: LOGISTIC MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily logistics Jobs.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers and partners.
• Negotiate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport companies for different contract & services.
• Manage transportation schedules and optimize routes to reduce cost and lead time.

Customs & Compliance (UAE-Specific)

• Handle UAE customs documentation, clearance procedures, and coordination with freight forwarders.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, Dubai Customs, Abu Dhabi Customs, Sharjah & UAQ Customs, Free Zone Authority requirements (JAFZA, DAFZA, AD Ports, etc.).
• Manage import/export paperwork, HS codes, certificates of origin, and inspection processes.
• Knowledgeable in SIRA, FANR, MOCCAE

Reporting & Systems

• Use WMS systems for inventory, shipments, and KPIs.
• Prepare cost analysis, shipment reports, and logistics forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of logistics or supply chain experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures, free zone rules, and import/export laws.
• Experience with logistics systems (WMS).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: From AED7,500.00 per month
