Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager with strong expertise in the recycling and second-hand goods industry. The ideal candidate must have GCC experience, preferably in Oman, and a strong background in logistics operations related to recycling-based supply chains such as shoes, bags, textiles, or similar materials.

This role requires a commercially strong professional who can manage end-to-end logistics operations, optimize costs, and directly contribute to business profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete logistics and supply chain operations in UAE and GCC region
• Handle import/export shipments, customs clearance, and freight coordination
• Oversee movement of recycled and second-hand goods across supply chain channels
• Optimize logistics costs and improve profitability
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, and recycling partners
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international shipping standards
• Monitor inventory flow and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Track logistics performance and report cost & profitability metrics
• Improve efficiency of recycling supply chain processes

Required Experience & Skills

• 7–10 years of experience in logistics / supply chain management
• Strong GCC experience, preferably UAE
• Mandatory experience in recycling / second-hand goods industry (shoes, bags, textiles, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of import/export and international logistics operations
• Proven ability to manage logistics cost and business profitability
• Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Arabic speaking is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability
• Presentable, confident, and professional communication
