Job Description

CEC-AWB Engineering is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Supply Chain Analytics Lead to join our team in Salalah (North Awqad). In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our engineering operations and data-driven logistics, ensuring that our supply chain is as precise as our engineering standards.

You will lead the charge in interpreting complex data sets, optimizing inventory levels, and driving cost-efficiencies that directly impact our bottom line. If you have a passion for numbers and a deep understanding of the engineering supply chain landscape, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Analytics: Develop and maintain advanced analytics frameworks to track supply chain performance across all engineering projects.
• Predictive Forecasting: Utilize historical data to project future material needs, ensuring zero downtime in our North Awqad operations.
• Cost Management: Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities within procurement and logistics to optimize the OMR 2,600/month value-driven budget structures.
• Process Automation: Design and implement automated reporting dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for executive leadership.
• Supplier Optimization: Evaluate vendor performance and lead times to mitigate risks within the regional and international supply chain.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in Supply Chain Analytics, preferably within the Engineering or Construction sectors.
• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools. Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is highly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Location: Ability to work on-site in North Awqad, Salalah.
